Maëlle began her career in France before moving to England, where she worked in Manchester alongside Philip Owen, osteopath for the Manchester United football team. As part of her advanced training, she also collaborated with the Irish Rugby squad in Cork in preparation for the 2007 Rugby World Cup.
Her journey then took her to Australia, where she had the opportunity to meet and work with respected figures in the sports world.
After two years in the UK, Maëlle relocated to French Polynesia, where she was appointed Head Osteopath at The Brando Hotel on Marlon Brando’s private island. Following a year on the atoll, she moved to Bora Bora, established her own clinic, and practiced there for several years. She worked closely with orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, GPs, and midwives. Her reputation for excellence led her to be contracted by top-tier luxury resorts including Four Seasons, Conrad Hilton, Intercontinental, and Relais & Châteaux to treat their clientele. Superyacht crews, owners, and guests also sought her out for her attentive and dedicated care.
Early 2020, Maëlle moved to New Zealand and settled in Hawke's Bay. There, she formed a close professional partnership with Dr. S. Newman, head of FemaleGP in Napier and a leader in women’s health in New Zealand. Together, they worked at the Kowhai Maternity Clinic with the Kowhai Midwifery Group, promoting women’s health initiatives.
Since 2023, Maëlle has been based in Wānaka, working within a team of experienced therapists. She treats a wide range of patients, from newborns to the elderly, olympians and everyday heroes. Her expertise in cranial osteopathy is especially valued across the South Island, with many patients traveling long distances to seek her care.
